That necessitated a shopping trip to Radio Shack of 35 miles to get both. All extra time and expense. This fact should have been included in the listing. The fact that it was made in China was not disclosed. Whenever possible I buy U.S. products. The owners manual is vague on some points. Evidently customer service is in China. I had a problem which turned out to be my RV's antenna. However, I called CS and got a rapid speaking lady. I'm 74 and have a high frequency hearing loss. I told her my problem and repeatedly and politely asked her to slow down and speak louder. Finally I asked to speak with a man whose deeper voice I may understand. At that point she hung up on me.
